To Whom It May Concern:
This is to certify that I have known and had Cpl/T Oran H. Fitzsimmons serve under me for a period of about four (4) months. As Mess Officer of this organization, of which Cpl/T Fitzsimmons has been a regular cook, I found Cpl/T Fitzsimmons to be willing, cooperative and glad to give his whole hearted assistance to any undertaking to which he was assigned. He is both an excellent cook and baker. He has at all times performed all of his duties in a very satisfactory manner. I feel that I can vouch for his honesty, integrity and his high sense of duty.
